Email Remind Feature - "bug" fix when CC'ing recipients

It seems like the "Remind" feature when sending email does NOT factor in the people CC's in email. I have deals where I email one main contact and CC'd recipients that were linked to the deal as participants. The participant replied to the email however the remind trigger still created a follow up activity even though the recipient replied before the set trigger of (if no reply in 3 days).

 

When I looked into the details it was clear to me that the folks CC'd on an email are not being factored as a reply to stop "remind" feature from adding a follow-up activity.

  @marcelo, We have given a fix for the functionality. It should be working all fine now.
