Show Phone Number for Inbound/Outbound Call Activity

I would like inbound and outbound call activities to show which number I used to dial out and which contact's number did I dial.  This is important because I have contacts with more than 1 number.  I would to know which number they called from in the activity.  I would also like to see which phone number I used to dial out from.
