The call logs report under Reports - Activity Insights - Call Logs is nice...just need one (quick) improvement. We have some users in our system that have multiple phone numbers assigned. Instead of USER being displayed on this report, can we display the ALIAS field defined under the voice module for the phone number? OR, leave the report as-is but give us the ability to add additional columns to the report...such as ALIAS. Displaying Alias will allow us to figure out which marketing tracking phone number was dialed to reach a user in our system. Thanks!
