HI,

Whatsapp is one of the most used messaging app in the world, Salesmate should add the integration with WhatsApp!

It’s a very easy integration, there is one link that you must only fill the number:

https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone={number}

You should add to the ‘call’ options!!

  agree on this too. in my country majority if not all people uses whatsapp instead of sms. i believe this should be true in many parts of the world as well. nowadays many CRM has integration with sms, a native whatsapp integration can set Salesmate apart from other CRMs.

  Please consider integrate a Whatsapp Business Api like 360Dialog or Twillo inside Chat Messenger.

  With my old CRM i used 360Dialog integration and works really good, i miss it.
