Hello 

 

I like to figure who is consider user?

i got tem members, but also lots of outside people, like vensors, suppliers, customers,

Please tell me what can do people that from outside of the company team..?

  Hello Mike,

  A user is a person within your organization who requires secure login to view, create, modify or interact with the data. You can invite your team members to your Salesmate workspace and assign proper data rights to ensure what data they can access.

  Your contacts, vendors, suppliers and customers are not considered as a user in Salesmate.

  But if for instance i need my supplier of customer to use tasks or aproved invoice buttons?

  then how this is solved?

  Hello Mike,

  I am afraid that such suppliers will require to be added as users, or you will require to extend functionality using our APIs.

  We don't have any inbuilt supplier or client login mechanism right now.
