Fixed call queue for incomig calls.
AnsweredWhen there is an incoming call it would be nice for the call follow a fixed queue of agents like:
Try Agent B, then Agent A and lastly Agent C before forwarding the call to another number.

Have you tried sequential calling? If the number is assigned to multiple agents then it will try to agent a, then agent b and agent c and if no one is available then it will go voicemail.Are you looking for third external forwarding option when no one picks up the phone?
