Remove Welcome Greeting in Voice

Need option to remove Welcome Greeting in voice options. It confuses people as they think that is the voicemail.

  You can achieve it even today.
  Goto Setup >> Voice >> Select the number
  Under voice configuration, choose the text option for the welcome message and remove all text.
  Save it.
