Warm Transfer to External Numbers

So it seems you can do warm transfers to other members of your team that are using Salesmate but you can't do a warm live transfer to an external number. Can we make this a thing please?

E.g. I generate leads on behalf of my client and pre-qualify them on the phone. If they are qualified I then live-transfer them to my client using a warm live transfer. My client is obviously not going to be using my CRM (Salesmate) so I would need to be able to do the warm transfer to an external phone number not to another Salesmate user.
