We use SalesMate for our main business phone line and as such as get a decent number of very obvious spam calls. As the SalesMate call system is run on Twillio, I'm hoping it would be relatively easy to add in some of the Twillio built-in anti-spam apps / spam-filtering apps into the inbound call pipeline process.
This information would be passed to the SalesMate system to show in the call logs and marked as such (tagged: SPAM or the like).
There should also be configuration options such as: if marked as spam, do NOT show in call and activity logs, spam filtering on/off, level of filtering and so forth.
