Forms that auto-fill known data

I want to be able to send forms to contacts to collect or update fields on a company or contact. Since I already have some contact or company data the fields that already have data should be pre-filled using a custom URL as part of the email / text / etc.

Use case example:

1. As an account manager I want to ask clients to update their mailing address for holiday gift mailings
2. As an account manager I want to ask clients to provide their tshirt size so that we can send out shirts

Currently, sending a form to a group of contacts with these sorts of use cases has the following drawbacks:

• Contacts must re-enter data that we already have for them or their company
• Contacts end up duplicated because of re-entry typos and other reasons
• Companies end up duplicated because of re-entry typos and other reasons
• Customer satisfaction is lower
