rearrange template folders and templates WITHIN folders

I would love/appreciate  a feature that allows you to re-order template folders as well as templates WITHIN folders. I use a ton of these, but some far more than others. I've tried keeping a folder of "most used" but it's very situational. (Same with RECENT.) If I could re-arrange them by frequency that would be so helpful! Wondering if anyone else has ever suggested or requested this... Thanks for considering!
