Quickly reach Contacts, Companies with Alphabet selector

Look at the image below, think it's pretty straightforward.

For those like me that add the Company name to their view in Contacts section. It would be really convenient to have an alphabet and/or dedicated search bar to quickly locate contacts of a specific company, and see them with my view.

I only have 7 pages of contacts, can't imagine those that have dozens or hundreds and want to view contacts on page 15/30... how do they get there!? 15 clicks? It'd take forever!

Hubspot has it, from what I remember, and it was really convenient.
