Deals idea

When a deal has not had any contact from either side in anyway (so literally no contact whatsoever), for a predetermined period of time, eg 7 days, or 14 days or something, I would love it if we could have the system call my phone.

When I answer salesmate then brings up the deal and then calls the customer. If I don't have a phone number it puts me in BCC of an email it sends from a template.
