What is Sandy AI and how to use it Follow

Salesmate introduces Sandy AI, your Assistant, simplifying tasks with features like activity creation, email sending, and more, all accessible through natural language commands or voice commands.

How to Use Sandy AI

To use Sandy,

• Navigate to the Header bar on the Dashboard
• Click on the Sandy AI Co-Pilot

• A pop window will appear
• Click on Get Started to explore its features and functionalities

• Sandy will present you with predefined actions that you can easily access with just a simple click. These Actions include 
  • Create a Meeting: This option will enable you to create a meeting by specifying the title or name of the meeting
  • List my Today's Meetings: This option enables you to list down the list of Activities scheduled for the current day
  • Open Contact: This option enables you access to the detailed information of specific contacts.
  • Draft an Email: This option allows you to compose and draft an email effortlessly

• You have the flexibility to either click on pre-defined actions or directly input the details of the action you want Sandy to perform for you
• You can also use @mentions to address a specific Contact or a User

Example 

• Suppose you intend to craft email content for an upcoming marketing campaign, specifically targeting your paid customers and offering them a discount
• Simply add the Campaign details of your Campaign with the discount you would be offering and let Sandy compose the Email Content for you
