You would first need to Add a New Lead Form before Mapping the Form Fields.
Note:
- The Facebook ads app must be installed.
- Only an Admin profile or user with “Manage Lead Forms” permissions can perform this Action.
Mapping Lead Form Fields
- You have to map fields to sync the data correctly
- On the Mapping Page, you will get an option to select the following details,
- Choose Owner: Select the Owner for the contacts created via this lead form.
- Contact Type: Select a Type for the contacts created via Lead Forms
- Add Contact to List: Select the Lists to which contacts created via Lead Forms should be added
- Associate Tags: Assign Tags to segregate the created Contacts
- Once done, Map the Form Fields with the Salesmate Fields.
- The system should auto-map the fields based on the display names.
- If any of the fields are not auto-mapped, then you can manually map the fields or create a new field.
- If you have selected the Email Field, you will be redirected to the page to configure the consent preferences for the subscription types.
- You can configure your preference of choose to skip this step
- Once you configure the preference confirm the preference and click on Start Sync.
- After successfully connecting the form, you can start capturing leads generated by your Facebook ads.
