Audience Listing displays a list of your audiences, the Syncing Status and other details.
Note: You need “Manage Audiences” permission to perform an operation on this screen
To Manage the Audience Listing,
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner
- Click on the Set Up
- Head over to the Automation category
- Click on the Audience
- The listing screen will display a search bar that runs on the list name.
It also displays the following details
- List Name: The name of the list mapped to the Audience. This is clickable and redirects you to the contact listing screen, showing a temporary view of the selected list.
- Audience Name: This displays the name of the Audience mapped to the list.

Status: The current status of the form, which can be Connected, Disconnected, Failed, or Archived.

Syncing: The form is newly connected and syncing contacts between the list and the Audience to keep them updated.

Connected: The form is properly syncing, and the connection is active.

Failed: The form is no longer syncing due to issues like lack of permissions, page deactivation, or deletion.

- Connected By: This displays the User that connected the Audience
- Connected Account: This displays the name of the user who connected this Audience in Salesmate.
- Connected Date: This displays the date and time when this Audience was connected in Salesmate.
- The actions that can be performed on the Audience are as follows:
- Remove: Remove the Synced Audience if not required any longer. Learn More
