You can manage the user access to change or add Filters to the Dashboard

Who can Add Filters to the Dashboard

• Users with an Admin profile can always Add/Change the filters.
• The user, who is the Dashboard owner, can change the filters.
• If the dashboard “widget management” permission is selected as “Anyone with access”, then any user with access can edit the dashboard filters.
