What does "Already Enrolled" and "Other Enrolled" status mean? Follow

These two statuses are related to Sequence's safety settings. 

• Already Enrolled
• Other Enrolled

Already Enrolled

Contact is already enrolled inside the Sequence and can't be enrolled again.

You can verify settings under: 

• Navigate to the Profile Icon in the top right corner.
• Click on the Setup.
• Head over to the Sales Automation category.
• Click on Sequences.

• Scroll down to find Safety Settings.
• You can update the setting: How many times can contact be added to this sequence?
  • Only Once: A contact can be added to a sequence only once throughout his lifetime. Already Enrolled status with this setting means you have already executed the selected Sequence for the contact and you can't re-enroll the contact.
  • More than once, if not already active: A contact can be added to a sequence if he is not already going through the sequence steps. Already Enrolled status with this setting means the contact is already active inside this Sequence. Until the contact doesn't finish the Sequence, he can't be enrolled back.
  • Any number of times: A contact can be added to a sequence any number of times without any restriction.

Other Enrolled

Contact is already enrolled in some other sequence right now. So due to safety settings, this contact can't be enrolled in this Sequence.  

You can verify settings under: 

• Navigate to the Profile Icon in the top right corner.
• Click on the Setup.
• Head over to the Sales Automation category.
• Click on Sequences.

• Scroll down to find Safety Settings.
• You can update the setting: Can a contact be in multiple sequences at once?
  • Yes: A contact can be added to multiple sequences at the same time.
  • No: A contact cannot be added to multiple sequences at the same time, the contact should not be active in any sequence.
