Salesmate CRM offers you three different custom dashboards when you create one. Here we will see about the Sales Overview dashboard.
Salesmate Overview Dashboard comes with 9 pre-defined widgets that primarily focus on the performance of your Sales team.
Sales Overview Dashboard brings you the overall report of your sales performance with the following widgets:
- Deal Performance
- Deals by source
- Deals forecast this year
- Deals count by stage
- Deals value by stage
- Monthly won deals over this year
- Revenue by source over time
- Deal lost reasons
- Revenue lost over this year
Let's see each widget in brief detail.
Deal performance
- This widget displays the deals that were created and won during a specified period. By default, the duration is 30 days, but you can change the period and other filters. This widget is a specialized widget and is available under the system widget library.
Deals by source
- This widget displays the source of deals that have generated more number of deals in the last 30 days. The default duration is 30 days. It shows the results from all the deals that you can see.
Deals forecast this year
- This widget displays the forecasted value of deals over the time during the year. By default, data is displayed for the current year.
Deal count by stage
- This widget displays the total count of deals present across the various stages of the specified pipeline.
Deals value by stage
- This widget displays the total value of open deals present in each stage of the specified pipeline.
Revenue by source over time
- This widget displays the deal sources that are generating more revenue for the business over the specified time
Monthly won deals over this year
- This widget displays the total value of won deals every month over the specified year, i.e current year by default.
Deal lost reasons
- This widget displays the reasons for the lost deals over the specified time.
Revenue lost over this year
- This widget displays the total value of lost deals every month over the specified year, i.e. current year by default.
