To Set the Enrollment Conditions,
- Access Smart Flows feature from left menu bar.
- Choose an existing Flow to set the Enrollment Condition, or you can create variables as you set up a new Flow.
- Expand the Flow Settings
- Click on the Enrollment Conditions
- Here, you can choose to select how many times a record can be in a flow,

Only Once: A record can only enter this flow once in its lifetime.

More Than Once, but Single Active Instance: A record can enroll in this flow whenever the conditions are met, provided that they are not running through the same flow.

Welcome Email for new users
- The "Only Once" enrollment condition ensures that each user receives this welcome email only once, preventing them from getting multiple welcome emails if they sign up again.
Customer Feedback Request for ongoing support tickets
- The "More Than Once, but Single Active Instance" condition allows sending a feedback request each time a ticket is closed, but ensures that only one feedback request flow is active for each ticket at any given time.
Daily Sales Reports
- The "More Than Once, Whenever the Conditions Are Met" condition allows the report generation flow to run daily, ensuring that a new sales report is created and sent out every day.
