Salesmate’s Languages & Translations feature allows you to customize the labels displayed across your Salesmate workspace based on the language used by your team.
You can enable a language, translate module and field labels in bulk, and
import
the translated labels back into Salesmate. This makes it easier for teams

Translate Labels in Bulk
If you have a large number of labels to translate, you can use the Export Template option instead of entering each translation manually.
- Click Export template.
- Salesmate will generate a translation file containing the available labels and their corresponding keys.
Now, You can provide the exported file to a translation tool such as ChatGPT or another translation service.
When translating the file, make sure that:
- The Key values remain unchanged.
- The Source Label values remain unchanged.
- Only the translation/language values are updated.
- The file structure and required columns are preserved.
This allows Salesmate to correctly identify and update each label when the file is imported.
- Once Translation is completed and file is ready, import the values to Salesmate.
- On the Translations tab, click on Import Translations
- Attach the file with translated values
- Now, review the imported translations.
- Click on Save changes.
The translated labels will then be applied to the corresponding module and fields.
