Skills allow you to create reusable business expertise that can be used across your AI agents. A Skill can define a specific capability, such as Deal Health Analysis, Lead Qualification, Account Risk Review, or Email Writer, without creating a separate agent for each use case.
A Skill can include the expertise, data requirements, knowledge sources, actions, guardrails, and output format needed to perform a specific task. Agents can then use these Skills when appropriate.
