Salesmate also allows you to manage access to the channel’s conversations and decide who should have access to view and respond to the conversations of a particular channel i.e. Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
To Manage Channel Access,
- Navigate to the Conversations Icon from the left menu bar
- Select Chats
- Click Chat Settings from the bottom left corner.
- Head to the Channels Option
- Click on the three dots available at the corner right of the Channel
- Select Channel Access
- Here, you can choose to allow Access to
- Everyone: Select this option to let Everyone with the Chat License respond to the Channel's conversation

- Selected Users or Teams: Select this option to allow selected Users or the Teams with the Chat License to respond to the Channel's conversation
- Once done Update the Access.
