How to Activate the Unified Conversation Inbox
To Activate the Unified Conversation Inbox,
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner
- Click on Set Up
- Head over to the Apps & Addons category
- Click on Available Apps
- Select any Channel and click on the Install option
- As you click on this option, a pop will open with an option to Activate Now
- Click on this option to continue Activating the Unified Conversation Inbox
Or
- Navigate to the Conversation Inbox Icon from the left sidebar
- Click on Chats
- You will be redirected to the Page with an option to Activate Now
- Click on this option to continue Activating the Unified Conversation Inbox
How to Add Your First Channel
- Once you have Activated the Conversation Inbox you now get an option to Add Your First Channel
- As you click on this option, you will be redirected to a centralized page with the list of installable channels
- Select the Channel, click on the Install option for the Channel that you wish to be installed
Or
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner
- Click on Set Up
- Head over to the Apps & Addons category
- Click on Available Apps
- Select any Channel and simply click on the Install option
