How to Install Voice & Text by Salesmate Channel
To install Voice & Text by Salesmate Channel,
- Navigate to the Unified Inbox icon from the left menu bar
- Head over to the Inbox Settings at the bottom left
- Click on Channels
- Head to the Add New Channel option
- Select Voice & Text by Salesmate and add a channel name
- Click on the Save option
Once the setup is saved, click on Connect Number.
You will see two options:
Purchase a New Number
Use an Existing Number
Select the desired number and click on Add.
Once the number is added, a message will appear — “Connected Successfully."
