AI Studio allows you to create internal AI agents that help users analyze CRM data, answer questions, prepare outputs, perform actions, and run background tasks.
Note: Only users with Create Agent permission can create a new agent.
Topics Covered:
Create a Team Agent
To create a Team Agent, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the AI Studio from the left sidebar
- Head over to Team Agents
- Click on Browse Agents.
You can create an agent using either of the following methods:
- Prompt-Based Creation – Describe what you want the agent to do in natural language.
- Manual Creation – Select the agent type and configure the agent using the Agent Builder.
Create an Agent using Prompt-Based Creation
Prompt-Based Creation allows you to describe the agent you want to create in natural language.
For example:
Build an agent that reviews stale deals every Friday and sends a summary.
Based on your request, AI Studio may ask follow-up questions when additional information is required.
For example, it may ask you to specify:
- Which pipeline should be reviewed.
- What time period should be considered.
- Whether follow-up tasks should be created.
The questions are determined based on the request and the information required to safely create the agent.
Depending on the request, you may be asked to provide information using text, selections, dates, users or teams, CRM records or modules, or confirmation prompts.
Once the agent is created, you can Save and Publish it.
Create an Agent Manually
If you want to configure the agent yourself, select the required agent type and configure it using the Agent Builder.
