Automatically send an SMS to Sales Person via Twilio once a Deal is created in Salesmate Follow

Trigger

In Zapier, follow below steps to create your Zap:

• Click on +Create Zap.

• Choose a Trigger App: Salesmate

• Select the Trigger Event : New Deal

• Connect to your preferred Salesmate account.

Select an existing account or Connect to a new Salesmate account Next, you'll be asked to name your Salesmate connection and enter your API Key. To locate your API Key in your Salesmate account, please follow these steps:

• First login into your  Salesmate Link
• Login into your Salesmate Link ex. https://demo.salesmate.io using your credentials
• Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner.
• Go to My Account
• Click on Access Key
• Copy the Session key to the clipboard. 

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”. If your API key is entered correctly your Salesmate account will now be successfully connected.

• Click on Continue.
• Here, you get an option to Test Trigger.
• Click on Test Trigger.

• You'll get the latest deal created in that account as a result.

• Click on Continue.
• Next Setup the Action 

Action

• Select the Action App: Twilio

• Select the Action Event: Send SMS

• Connect to your Twilio account

• Click on Continue
• Map the fields and click on Continue.

• Here, you get an option to Test Step.

• If the given results looks good to go, you can go ahead and Publish Zap.

• Your Zap is all set!!!
• Name it, Enable it and Save
