Salesmate enables you to customize your notification preferences on the go using the Salesmate Mobile App.
To set the Notification Preference in Mobile App,
- On the Dashboard navigate to the Sidebar.
- Click on the Settings option
- To configure your notification preferences, click on Set Notifications
General
Under General Preferences you can set the Preferences for,
Record Assigned
- Activity Reminder: Receive a Reminder for the created Activities
- Contact Assigned: Get notified when you're assigned a new Contact to follow up with.
- Company Assigned: Get notified when you're assigned a new Company to
- Activity Assigned: Receive a notification when you're assigned a New Task, Meeting, Call, or other activity.
- Deal Assigned: Get notified when you're assigned a new deal.
- Custom Modules Records Assigned: Configure notifications for record assignments within custom modules created
- Note Added: Choose to be reminded about notes you've added to records
- Missed Calls: Receive notifications for missed calls, allowing you to prioritize your communication.
- Mentions: Stay informed when you're mentioned in conversations or documents, ensuring you're looped in on relevant discussions.
Email Received
- Email Conversation: Choose to be notified only when a new message is added to an existing email thread
- Email Received: Receive a notification for every new email that arrives in your inbox.
- Email Opened/ Link Clicked: Enable notifications for when someone opens your email or clicks a link within it.
Text Message
- Text Message: Receive a notification whenever you receive a new text message.
Chat
Under Chat Preferences you can set the Preferences for,
- Conversation Assigned to Me: Receive a notification whenever you are directly assigned a new chat conversation.
- Conversation Assigned to a Team when I am a Member: Get notified when a new chat conversation is assigned to a team you belong to.
- Any Mentions inside Conversation: Stay in the loop by receiving a notification whenever you are mentioned within a chat conversation.
- For every Activity in my Assigned Conversation: Choose to be notified for every activity within a chat conversation you are directly assigned to.
- For every Activity in the Unassigned Conversation: Select to receive notifications for all activities happening in unassigned conversations.
- New Chat Conversation Started: Get notified whenever a new chat conversation is initiated.
