An important aspect of CRM is to keep track of day-to-day business. You can neatly organize the numerous records along with the activities associated with them such as follow-up, pre-sales, and post-sales activities, phone conversations etc. They can be extremely helpful in starting and following pending activity things and in chronicle the consequences of gatherings or occasions.
You can schedule it in context with a Contact, Company, and/or a Deal.
- Activities can be synced with the Google Calendar.
- Salesmate enlists your activities as a to-do list right on your dashboard, that makes planning your activities far easier.
- Creating an activity from a deal will automatically associate the activity with the deal's assigned contact and/or Company.
How to add an activity?
activity can be added by various methods:
- Quick Add
- Add An Activity from the List View
- Add An Activity from Contact.
- Add An Activity from Companies.
- Add An Activity from the Deal.
Quick Add
- Click on this plus icon (+) at the bottom right
- Click on the Add New Activity.
- Create an Activity with the essential Fields or click on the Advance Fields option to create a detailed Activity
- Fill in all the required details and click on Tick icon to Save
Add An Activity from the List View
- Navigate to the Sidebar.
- Click on the Activities.
- Activity list view will appear.
- Click on the plus icon (+) to add activity.
- Fill up the details.
- Click on the tick mark to save.
Add An Activity from Contact
- Go at the dashboard.
- Go to the sidebar.
- Click on the contacts.
- Choose the contact in which you want to add activity.
- Go to the RELATED.
- Click on the Activities.
- Click on the plus icon to add a new activity.
- Click on the tick icon to save.

- Click on the dotted icon.
- Click on the Add Activity.
Add activity through the Plus icon
- Click on a Plus Icon.
- Click on the Add Activity.
- Fill up the details.
- Click on the tick icon to save.
Add An Activity from Companies
- Go to the dashboard.
- Click on the sidebar.
- Click on the companies.
- Go to the RELATED section.
- Click on the Activities.
- Click on the plus icon to add a new activity.

Add An Activity from the Deal
- Go to the sidebar.
- Click on the Deals.
- Select any particular deal.
- Go to RELATED section.
- Click on the Activities.
- Click on the plus icon.

Note: The user can check the invite to the calendar. That calendar invite is sent to google calendar of the customer.
