Companies are nothing but business entities related to the contacts a salesperson interacts with. You can find all Contact related to any Companies listed in its detail page, as well as any notes, activities, or actions performed on any Contact/ Deals related to the Companies.
How to add companies?
Companies can be added to the system through various methods:
- Quick Add.
- Create a Company from the List View.
- Associate Company to Deals.
- Associate Company in Activity.
Quick add
- Click on the plus icon(+).
- Click on the Add New Company.
- Create a Company with the essential Fields or click on the Advance Fields option to create a detailed Company
- Fill in all the required details and click on Tick icon to Save
Create a Company from the List View
- Click on the Sidebar.
- Hit on the Companies.
- Click on the plus button (+).
- Fill in all the required details and click on Tick icon to Save
Associate Companies to Deals
The user can associate the company with deals.
- Click on this plus icon (+) to Add Deal.
- Click on Add Deal.
- Go at the Add Deal form.
- Click on the Company field.
- The Search Company box will open, type the company name.
- If No Result Found then Click on Create New Company.
- Fill in all the required details and click on Tick icon to Save & ASSOCIATE.
Associate Company in the Activity
The company can be associated with the activity.
- Click on this plus icon to Add Activity.
- Click on Add Activity.
- Click on the Company field
- The Search Company box will open, type the company name.
- If No Result Found then Click on Create New Company.
- Fill in all the required details and click on Tick icon to Save & ASSOCIATE.
Note: For Company, the duplicate check will be performed on the company name.
