Manage Products Follow

Once you have set the layout for the product you can now go ahead and start adding Products.

To add a product:

• Navigate to the Products tab on the menu bar
• Click New option

OR

• Click on the Quick Add + button 
• Hit Add Product 

OR 

• Use the keyboard shortcut "CP" to create a product

To Upload a Photo ( Product picture ):

• Open the product in its side view and hit the three-dotted button on the top right corner
• Click on Upload Photo to upload the product picture

To Add Files to a Product:

• Open the product in its side view and hit the three-dotted button on the top right corner
• Click on Add file to upload a file to the product

To Delete a Product:

• Open the Product in its side view and hit the three-dotted button on the top right corner
• Click Delete

• Confirm deletion to delete the Product

OR 

• Select the Product/s you wish to delete from the Product list page 
• Click on the Delete button 

• Confirm deletion to delete the selected Product/s

To Edit/ Update a Product:

• Click on the SKU/Code OR Product Name to open it in its side view
• You can update the product fields from this view 
• Click Update

To Add Product Prices:

This helps you add multiple prices for a single product in different currencies.

• Open the product in its side view
• Click on the Prices tab
• Click Add Price

• Mention the Sale Price
• Select the currency in which you have mentioned the Sale price
• Click on Save

To Create Product Variants:

Note: Each variation can have pricing in different currencies

• Open the Product in its side view
• Click on the Variations tab
• Click Add Variation

• Mention the Variation Name, Sale Price, and Currency
• Mark Active for Sales
• Click Save to add a product variant

To Mass Delete Products

• Head to the Products tab
• Click on the Actions menu
• Click Mass Delete Products

• Search Products based on the criteria you wish to
• Hit Search
• Matching Products will be listed
• Select the Products and hit Delete

To Mass Update Products

• Head to the Products tab
• Click on the Actions menu
• Click Mass Update Products

• Search Products based on the criteria you wish to
• Hit Search
• Matching Products will be listed
• Select the Products and hit Update
• Select the field you wish to update
• You can mass update on the following fields:
  • Active for Sales
  • Description
  • Name
  • Tags
