Automatic Call Transcription
- Calls are automatically transcribed and analyzed when recording and transcription features are enabled, provided they meet the minimum duration criteria.
- Transcriptions can be viewed from the associated activity.
- You can also navigate to the Call Transcription from the Side-Bar Menu to view all the Call transcripts.
- Transcriptions are associated with the activity of the call logged against the relevant contact.

Manual Call Transcription
- Existing calls with recordings that meet the minimum duration can be transcribed manually by selecting the calls and choosing the action “Transcribe.”
Key Features of Call Transcription
- The system identifies the language spoken during the call and transcribes it accordingly.
- If multiple people speak at the same time, the transcription engine prioritizes the voice that is clearer and louder.
- The platform on which the call occurred is recorded, such as Salesmate, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Dialpad, or Telephony. In the initial phase, transcription will only be available for calls made through Salesmate.

The system links metadata from the associated activity with the transcription, including:
- Deal Pipeline: Pipeline associated with the deal when the activity is marked as completed.
- Deal Stage: Stage of the deal when the activity is marked as completed.
- Deal Value: Value of the deal associated with the call.
- Deal Close Date: Expected close date of the deal.
- Call Type: Specifies whether the call is Inbound or Outbound.
Note:
- Calls shorter than the specified “minimum transcription limit” will not be transcribed or analyzed.
- Direct calls to numbers without a corresponding contact in the system will not be transcribed unless an activity is logged for them.
- Currently, there are no additional charges for call transcription.
