They are displayed in the Call Transcription Screen in a conversational format, arranged sequentially as the participants talk. Transcript Display
- The Transcript will show the speaker's name, avatar, and timestamp for easy identification.
- Every transcript displays the count of reactions, comments, and detected trackers. If no tracker is found, the tracker icon is hidden.
- The timestamp (in hh:mm format) is interactive, allowing you to jump directly to the corresponding part of the recording. During playback, transcripts are automatically highlighted to align with the current segment being played.
- Dialogues are listed in ascending order based on their timestamps, mimicking the natural flow of the conversation.

Transcript Actions
Hovering over a transcript will have a three-dot menu with the following options.
- Opens a popup to view existing comments and add new ones. Learn more About Comments
- Allows selecting an emoji reaction from a popup.
- You can add the Tracker to track the conversation.
- Copies the transcript text to your clipboard.
Search and Filter
- Filters in Transcription Details streamline finding specific transcript segments through options like Search, Participant Filter, and Tracker Filter.
- The Search Box highlights keywords, while Participant and Tracker Filters allow filtering by speakers or predefined criteria. Learn more in Filters within Transcription Details.
