Edit, Disable or Delete Tracker Follow

You can manage trackers effectively by editing, disabling, or deleting trackers. This flexibility ensures that your trackers remain relevant and optimized for monitoring conversations.

How to Edit Trackers

Editing trackers let you update them with relevant keywords, phrases, or descriptions.

Follow these steps to edit a tracker:

  • Click on the Profile Icon.
  • Go to Setup.
  • Select Sandy AI from the left sidebar.

  • Click Trackers and hover over the tracker you want to update and click the “Edit” button

  • Update the following details as required:

    • Word Trackers: Modify or add keywords/phrases. At least one keyword/phrase must remain in the tracker.
    • AI Trackers: Add or edit training sentences.
    • Description: Update the description to reflect changes.

  • Click the “Update” button to save changes.

  • For AI Trackers, if sentences are updated, a popup will prompt you to:
    • Retrain in Background: Automatically train the tracker with new data.
    • Train Manually: Set the tracker status to “Training Pending” for manual training. Until retrained, the tracker will operate with the previous data.

How to Disable Trackers

Disabling a tracker temporarily stops its functionality without deleting its data or configuration.

  • Click on the Profile Icon.
  • Go to Setup.
  • Select Sandy AI from the left sidebar

  • Click Trackers and hover over the tracker you want to disable and click the Disable button.

  • Confirm the action when the popup appears: “Are you sure you want to disable this tracker?”

  • On confirmation, the tracker’s status will update to Disabled, and a success message will appear.
  • Disabling a tracker is useful when you want to pause its functionality without losing its data or configuration, allowing for easy reactivation later. It’s ideal for temporarily irrelevant trackers or to evaluate their impact before deciding to delete.

How to Delete Trackers

Deleting a tracker permanently removes it, along with all associated data and statistics.

  • Click on the Profile Icon.
  • Go to Setup.
  • Select Sandy AI from the left sidebar.

  • Click Trackers, hover over the tracker you want to delete, and click the Delete button.

  • A confirmation popup will appear, you have to Confirm to proceed.

  • On deletion, the tracker will be removed, and a success message will appear
Note:
  • Once deleted, the tracker is removed from all transcriptions, and its associated statistics are permanently erased.
  • The Default system trackers cannot be Deleted you can only Disable them.
  • Default system trackers cannot be Edited.
