Revamping the data privacy in Salesmate, we are merging Global Data Sharing Policy with Profile Permissions making it Granular Profile Permissions.

Record-level data privacy settings are now managed directly within Profile Permissions, eliminating the need for separate global data sharing rules.
- Admins can now define view, edit, and delete permissions for each module directly under a user’s profile.
- This enhancement provides a single, consolidated interface to control both what data users can access basis on ownership/hierarchy and what actions they can perform within the system.

Smart Flow Updates/Improvements |
This release brings significant speed improvements to ensure smoother operation of Smart Flows. In addition, several enhancements have been implemented to further optimize performance and user experience.
- Allowing the option to import a CURL
- New condition "is changed" is added which will allow you to trigger the flow only if a field is updated or not.
- Show input of API call trigger
- Show record details in loop action.

Custom Text Widget |
- We’ve introduced a new Custom Text Widget to support and extend Smart Insight use cases from the previous mobile layout. This widget allows users to add human-readable, record-specific notes with configurable visibility.
- Users can optionally add a title to make it collapsible (accordion-style) or leave it untitled for a simple expanded view—offering flexibility in how key information is displayed.
