Overview
Salesmate uses Twilio as its backend SMS messaging provider. As part of U.S. regulations, all A2P 10DLC campaigns must go through a mandatory vetting process before messages can be sent.
Due to a high volume of submissions, campaign reviews may take 10–15 business days. If your campaign remains in a Pending/In Progress state beyond 15–20 days, please contact Salesmate Support for assistance.
