How much does Salesmate cost?
Salesmate is a subscription ( pay-as-you-go service ) service, available in both monthly and annual plans. For specific details, please take a look at our pricing page here.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be charged when you subscribe. It will automatically renew depending upon the billing cycle (monthly/annually)
What payment methods do you accept?
Salesmate accepts major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB and you will be billed in US Dollars. Salesmate does not accept cheques, postal orders, or pay by phone.
Do all users have to be on the same plan?
Yes, we do require all users on the same pricing plan. It’s not possible to have some users on monthly and others on the yearly plan.
Who Can Update Our Billing Information?
The original person that signed up for Salesmate is considered to be your "Account Owner". This person is able to view and updated billing information. If you need to change your account owner, please submit a support ticket at salesmate.zendesk.com or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Does Salesmate issue a refund?
Salesmate does not issue refunds. You can cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
Can I get my data out if I stop using Salesmate?
Yes, all accounts have a data export facility built in.
What happens to my data after my trial ends or after I cancel?
If you decide that Salesmate is not the right fit, we will remove your account and all data 30 days after your trial expiration or account cancellation date.
