Credit Utilization Follow

The Credit Utilization dashboard provides a comprehensive view of how credits are consumed across different features of Salesmate.

Whether you’re managing a team or optimizing your usage, this dashboard helps you make informed decisions with real-time data, visual insights, and usage trends.
It includes interactive filters, comparison options, charts, and detailed usage tables—making it an essential resource for admins monitoring platform activity.

How to Access the Credit Utilization Dashboard

  • Navigate to your Profile icon
  • Click on your plan name under Current Subscription

Understanding Filters and Global Controls

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find the following filters:
  • Date Range – Select a time period to analyze credit usage.
  • Team Filter – Filter usage data by team.
  • User Filter – Focus on individual user credit consumption.
These are global filters at dashboard level. Selecting date range/user/teams filter here will override any filter selected under specific widget under the dashboard

Viewing Credit Usage Summaries and Graphs

Credit Balance
This widget will show credits available within current bill cycle.
  • Total Credits = Inclusive with your plan + Purchased credits
  • Free Credits – Included with your current plan
  • Purchased Credits – Additional credits purchased on top of inclusive credits.

Credits Used Summary
This will show total credits used and breaks down credit usage across. The initial section displays the total used credits which further splits the usage by:
  • Smart Flows
  • AI Copilot
  • AI Pilots

Credits Usage by feature over time
A multi-line chart displays usage trends over time for each feature.
  • X-axis: Date range selected
  • Y-axis: Credit Usage for selected date range and frequency
  • You can select the date range and frequency to change the graph accordingly.

Exploring Credit Usage Tables

Copilot Credit Usage by User
  • View how much credit each user has consumed using Copilot

Smart Flow Credit Usage
  • The report will show you the flow status, name, type, and credits used by a flow during a specific period

Usage by Actions in Flows
Detailed credit usage by each action used in your Smart Flows and Execution Flows
  • Displays the name of action and the credits used by the action over a specific period of time
Token counts and equivalent credits are shown where applicable.

AI Pilot Usage
This report will show how much credits are being used by your configured AI Pilots
  • Displays name of configured AI pilots to show credits used by them over the selected period of time

Managing Credit Balance and Auto-Recharge

At the top of the dashboard, you can:
  • Purchase Credits – Click "Purchase" to buy more credits
  • Recalculate – Refresh credit usage data for real-time updates
  • Auto-Recharge –  You can enable to automatically top up when credits reach a desired limit
If you have not enabled Auto-recharge, you will see a message stating "Auto-recharge is not enabled" Click Enable Now to purchase credits or click Learn more to know how auto recharge works and pricing.

Note: The Show % value option available under any usage report under will only work can after you select a period under "Compare with" 

Available options:

  • Previous Period: Compares your usage of current bill cycle with past bill cycle.
  • Previous Year: Compares the usage of current year with past year.
