How to cancel my account? Follow

• Cancelling your Paid Account

Canceling your Trial account:

• Please follow the below link to cancel your Trial account. 

https://<domain>.salesmate.io/#/app/setup/subscription/cancel

<domain> : is specific to your account.

While you are logged into Salesmate, refer your browsers address bar to find out your domain name 

To Cancel the Trial account,

• Navigate to the Profile Icon on Top right corner
• Go to Setup >> Account Management >> Current Subscription

• You'll be redirected to Subscription page.
• Click on Cancel your Account on bottom left.

• Select the reason and add the description for the cancelling account.
• Hit the checkbox - "I confirm that I want to cancel account and delete all my data"
• Click "Cancel Account"

• Confirm to Cancel your account.

• You can recover it until the next 7 days.
• Once the grace period of 7 days ends it will be marked for deletion expired and all data dropped from our servers in 15 days.

Note: Ensure you are logged in to Salesmate to perform the above step.

Canceling your Paid account:

• Navigate to the Profile Icon on Top right corner
• Go to Setup >> Account Management >> Current Subscription

• Under the heading "Don’t need to use Salesmate right now?" click "Cancel Your Account".

• Select the reason and add the description for the cancelling account.
• Hit the checkbox - "I confirm that I want to cancel account and delete all my data"
• Click "Cancel Account"

• Confirm to cancel your account.

• You can recover it until the end of your current subscription period
• Once the subscription period ends it will be marked for deletion expired and all data dropped from our servers in 15 days.
