Canceling your Trial account:
- Please follow the below link to cancel your Trial account.

<domain> : is specific to your account.
While you are logged into Salesmate, refer your browsers address bar to find out your domain name
To Cancel the Trial account,
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on Top right corner
- Go to Setup >> Account Management >> Current Subscription
- You'll be redirected to Subscription page.
- Click on Cancel your Account on bottom left.
- Select the reason and add the description for the cancelling account.
- Hit the checkbox - "I confirm that I want to cancel account and delete all my data"
- Click "Cancel Account"
- Confirm to Cancel your account.
- You can recover it until the next 7 days.
- Once the grace period of 7 days ends it will be marked for deletion expired and all data dropped from our servers in 15 days.
Note: Ensure you are logged in to Salesmate to perform the above step.
Canceling your Paid account:
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on Top right corner
- Go to Setup >> Account Management >> Current Subscription
- Under the heading "Don’t need to use Salesmate right now?" click "Cancel Your Account".
- Select the reason and add the description for the cancelling account.
- Hit the checkbox - "I confirm that I want to cancel account and delete all my data"
- Click "Cancel Account"
- Confirm to cancel your account.
- You can recover it until the end of your current subscription period
- Once the subscription period ends it will be marked for deletion expired and all data dropped from our servers in 15 days.
