Filters are available on all the list views across all modules - Contacts, Companies, Activities, and Deals.

Filter records - Contacts
- Go to Contacts
- Select a view from which you would like to filter records - say "All Contacts".
- Click on the funnel icon (show filters) on the action bar near the +Contact button.
- Select the filter logic - Match all filters (AND) / Match any filters (OR).
- Click on Add Filter.
- Select the Field which you want to use for filtering the contact.
- Filter logic governs how and when filters apply to your list.
- Match all filters (AND) – filter records that match “all” defined filter conditions.
- Match any filters (OR) – filter records that match ”anyone” of the defined filter conditions.
- Similarly, the filter logic can be applied to the same field too.
- Filter your records using Multiple Fields with applied logic.
- The filters can be applied in a combination of fields of Contact as well as Company module (For contact module).
Note:
- Use the And Filter to combine two or more filters. The And Filter accepts the message and returns true only if all of its enclosed filters return true.
- The Or Filter returns true if any of its enclosed child filters return true.

- Select a view from which you would like to filter records - say "All Companies".
- Click on the funnel icon (show filters) on the action bar near the +Company button.
- Select the filter logic - Match all filters (AND) / Match any filters (OR).
- Click on Add Filter.
- Select the Field which you want to use for filtering the company.
- Filter logic governs how and when filters apply to your list.
- Match all filters (AND) – filter records that match “all” defined filter conditions.
- Match any filters (OR) – filter records that match ”anyone” of the defined filter conditions.
- Similarly, the filter logic can be applied to the same field too.
- Filter your records using Multiple Fields with applied logic.

- Select a view from which you would like to filter records - say "All Open Activities".
- Click on the funnel icon (show filters) on the action bar near the +Activity button.
- Select the filter logic - Match all filters (AND) / Match any filters (OR).
- Click on Add Filter.
- Select the Field which you want to use for filtering the company.
- Filter logic governs how and when filters apply to your list.
- Match all filters (AND) – filter records that match “all” defined filter conditions.
- Match any filters (OR) – filter records that match ”anyone” of the defined filter conditions.
- Similarly, the filter logic can be applied to the same field too.
- Filter your records using Multiple Fields with applied logic.
- The filters on activity can be applied in a combination of fields of Activities, Contacts, Company, and Deal modules.
Filter records - Deals
- Go to the Deal module.
- Select a view from which you would like to filter records - say "All Open Deals".
- Click on the funnel icon (show filters) on the action bar near the +Deal button.
- Select the filter logic - Match all filters (AND) / Match any filters (OR).
- Click on Add Filter.
- Select the Field which you want to use for filtering the company.
- Filter logic governs how and when filters apply to your list.
- Match all filters (AND) – filter records that match “all” defined filter conditions.
- Match any filters (OR) – filter records that match ”anyone” of the defined filter conditions.
- Similarly, the filter logic can be applied to the same field too.
- Filter your records using Multiple Fields with applied logic.
- The filter can be applied in a combination of fields of Deals, Contacts, and Company module.
Remove Filters
You can follow the below steps to remove a filter that is no longer required or want to remove a specific filter.
- Click on the funnel icon (show filters) on the action bar.
- Click on the cross mark adjacent to the Filter that is not required.
Custom View
If you use similar filtered records frequently, you can quickly create a View for future usage.
Please follow the below steps to save a view for using it later.
- Apply the required filter as per the steps shown above.
- Select "Save as View".
- Enter the name of the new view.
- You can share the view with other users of your account by checking "Share this view".
- Click on Save.
Note: You can create the custom view for yourself or share it with others in your organization by using the Share this view option.
You can find customized views under My Views and your Teammates can view them under Shared views.
