Salesmate gives an option to the Admin Users to change the login email address of the Users.
To make the changes to the email address,
- Navigate to your Profile icon on the top right corner
- Click on Set-Up.
- Select Users under User’s and Security.
- Under Names select the User that you would like to change the login email of, Click on Name of the User or the Action followed by View.
- Go to Edit on the top right corner.
- Make the changes to the Email and click on Update.
That’s it, this is how Admin User can change the login Email address of any User. Thus, the User would be able to login with the new Email Address.
