In Salesmate, all phone calls you make and receive are automatically logged.
You can check them by:
- Navigate to Add Widget on Dashboard 2.0.
- Search for Call Logs.
- Click on Add to Dashboard.
However, on the off chance that you receive a call from a contact on your personal number. You might want to have it logged too, for that Salesmate allows you to manually log calls and also add notes for the same.
Here’s how you do it,
- After you receive or make a phone call, click the +Button on the top bar.
- Click on Add Activity.
- Select Activity type: Call, Due Date, Time, Title: Outbound Call with {Contact Name} OR Inbound Call with {Contact Name}, Associated Record: Contact, Company, Description (Notes)
- At the bottom left you get an option to mark the activity as Complete.
- Select the Call Outcome.
- Click on Save to log the Call.
NOTE: Salesmate mobile apps(Android & iOS) also let you manually log calls.
