In Salesmate, all phone calls you make and receive are automatically logged and you can check them under Reports > Activity Insights > Call Logs.
However, on the off chance that you receive a call from a contact on your personal number, you might want to have it logged too. That is why Salesmate allows you to manually log calls and also add notes for the same.
Here’s how you do it,
- After you receive or make a phone call, click the + button on the top bar
- Hit Add Activity
- Select Activity type: Call, Due Date, Time, Title: Outbound Call with {Contact Name} OR Inbound Call with {Contact Name}, Associated Record: Contact, Company, Description (Notes)
- Hit Save, to log the Call
