Skip a Sequence Stage Follow

You can skip a stage in multiple ways. There are multiple ways in which you can skip a sequence stage.

• Move to Stage
• Email Skip
• Activity Skip
• Text Skip

Move to Stage

Follow the steps mentioned below:

• Navigate to More Icon on the left Menu bar.
• Click on Sequence

• Select on the Sequence Name

• Click on the contacts tab
• Select the specific contact
• Click on Actions Button
• Click on "Move to Stage"

• Select the new stage you wish to move the stage.

Email Skip

Follow the steps mentioned below:

• Navigate to More Icon on the left Menu bar.
• Click on Sequence

• Click on the Scheduled tab
• Click on Emails
• Find the Scheduled Email
• Click on three dots
• Click on "Skip this step."

• The manual entry gets deleted and contact moves to the next stage of the sequence.

Activity Skip

Follow the steps mentioned below:

• Navigate to More Icon on the left Menu bar.
• Click on Sequence

• Click on Scheduled tab
• Click on Activities
• Find the Scheduled Activity
• Click on three dots
• Click on "Skip this step."

• That manual entry gets deleted and contact moves to the next stage of the sequence.

Text Skip

Follow the steps mentioned below:

• Navigate to More Icon on the left Menu bar.
• Click on Sequence

• Click on Scheduled tab
• Click on Texts
• Find the Scheduled Text
• Click on three dots
• Click on "Skip this step."

That manual entry gets deleted and contact moves to the next stage of the sequence.
