Salesmate lets you see various types of Form Insights to understand how your forms are performing and capturing subscriber information.
Generic Insights
To view the generic insights in Salesmate,
- Navigate to More Icons on the left menu bar.
- Click on Forms.
- Click on the Insights tab.
- You will see different widgets filtered by the last 30 days of data.
Form Performance:
- Views: The total number of times the form appeared to users.
- Submissions: The total number of times visitors submitted the form.
- Conversion Rate: The total number of submissions divided by the total number of views.
Note: On adding this widget on the dashboard, applicable filters are date range, users and teams
Views vs. Submissions
- This will plot a column graph showing all views vs. submissions that happened over the selected period.
Note: On adding this widget on the dashboard, applicable filters are date range, users, and teams
All Forms
- This widget report will show a list of all forms with all views, submissions, errors, pending, and conversion rates.
Note: On adding this widget on the dashboard, applicable filters are date range, users, and teams. Here views and submissions are as per the date range given, but error count and pending count are the current.
Detailed insights
To view a form's detailed insights in Salesmate,
- Navigate to More Icons on the left menu bar.
- Click on Forms.
- Find the form
- Click on the form name
- You will be redirected to the form's insights
Form Performance:
- Views: The total number of times the form appeared to users.
- Submissions: The total number of times visitors submitted the form.
- Conversion Rate: The total number of submissions divided by the total number of views.
- Pending: Total number of subscribers who haven't confirmed their subscription. (For double opt-in forms only)
Note: On adding this widget on the dashboard, applicable filters are date range, users, and teams.
Views vs. Submissions
This will plot a column graph showing all views vs. submissions that happened over the selected period for the currently selected form.
