Forms are a feature of salesmate CRM, which helps in conducting surveys or getting responses on any topic you wish to get input on by just sharing the link to your contacts or embedding the form in your website or any suitable platform.
While you have your forms built and getting responses on them, you may sometime want to disable the form temporarily and then get it back enabled, Salemsmate's disable and enable forms functionality allows you to do exactly the same.

To Disable a form in Salesmate:
- Navigate to More Icons on the left menu bar.
- Click on Forms.
- Hover on the form name.
- You will see the Action button >> Click on it and select the Disable Form option
- Click Yes to confirm the option to disable the form
To Enable a form in Salesmate:
- Navigate to More Icons on the left menu bar.
- Click on Forms.
- Hover on the form name.
- You will see the Action button >> Click on it and select the Enable form option
- Click Yes to confirm re-enabling the form
Note: If you have opened the form in edit mode and it's disabled then you will get an option to publish it. Once published it will auto-enable.
You will require "Manage Forms" permissions to perform this action.
Before you disable a form:
- If you have shared a form URL with any users, then no form will load over there.
- If you have embedded the form on a page, then no form will generate on the page.
- If you have planned any Automation actions then they might get affected.
