Salesmate Web forms allow you to gather information about your website visitors and directly capture your web form submissions into Salesmate.
The Salesmate webforms are intuitive and easy to build, and at the same time are customizable and can be embedded in your website so that you do miss on any leads when they visit your website or try to connect to you.
Webforms can be used for:
-
Tapping and easy communication with visitors of your website.
-
Easy way to get feedback.
-
Manage and handle visitor's queries on a timely basis.
-
Helps in decision-making by undertaking strategic surveys through pop-up web forms on your website.
-
Enables easy lead generation and sales.
Example:
-
You have a website and you wish to get the information of the visitors who want to connect to you or have any queries, that is where web forms come into use, where in the visitors can provide you with their details based on the information being asked in the form, so as per your requirement you can customize as to what information you wish to gather or ask the visitors. E.g: Contact Name, Contact Number, Email ID, etc.
-
Another example is when you wish to take a survey of let's say a product, and you want to send the web form to your contacts. Then you can create a form where you can ask about the rating of the product, review of the product, feedback, suggestions, etc. You can use various fields in the form such as select, multi-select, yes/no type fields, etc. You can then send the link of the form to your contact list via email/ text or in any other way you wish to send the link. And Salesmate will store their responses in the system.
