How to Create Quotes Follow

The Quote Creation process allows you to generate a detailed and customized quote linked to deals and contacts within Salesmate.

Steps to Create Quote:

• Navigate to the Quote Module from the left menu bar.
• Click on the New option.

• A Quick Create Form will appear, you can choose to create a Quote with essential fields only.
• You can also expand the form to create a detailed ticket and enter the details.
• Enter a clear Name for the quote to easily identify it.
• Select a Template for the quote.
• You can choose a Deal to be associated with the Quote. Once a deal is selected, the Contact and Company fields are automatically fetched from the deal.
• Enter the Billing and Shipping details in the respective fields. These are pulled from the company’s record but can be manually edited. 
• Once all details are entered, click Save to finalize the quote.
