The Quote Module Settings offer you the ability to set expiration periods and Standard Terms for the quotes that you are going to create.
Set a Default Expiration Period
You can choose a default amount of time to wait before the quote expires.
Note: Salesmate users can override this default value when creating quotes.
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner
- Click on Setup
- Head over to Modules Category
- Here, select the Quote
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under Set a default expiration period, enter the days you want to wait before the quote expires.
Note:
- The default expiry period for quotes is set to 30 days. It can be adjusted to any value between 0 and 1460 days.
- Once a quote has been sent to the signer, the expiry date cannot be modified. If changes to the expiry date are needed, you can recall the quote, make the necessary adjustments, and then resend it.
Standard Terms
Whenever you create a new quote, these terms appear on the quote.
Note: Salesmate users can change the terms on the Quote.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under Standard Terms, you can type the default terms.
