The notification system keeps you informed about important events related to your quotes and approvals. This Article outlines the type of notifications you would receive for managing your quotes.
To Set the Quote Notifications,
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top corner
- Click on Go To My Account
- Head over to the Notification Preferences
- Click on "Quote" in this section.
You can choose the preferences about how you want to be notified. The options are:
- Bell icon
- Desktop Notification
- Mobile App
Approval Requested
- You’ll receive a notification whenever someone requests your approval on a quote, ensuring you stay aware of actions requiring your review.
Quote Approved
- You’ll be notified when your quote receives approval, helping you track which quotes have been accepted internally.
Quote Declined
- You’ll be alerted if a recipient declines your quote, so you can follow up or revise as necessary.
Quote Accepted
- When a recipient accepts your quote, you’ll receive a notification confirming their acceptance.
Quote Viewed
- This notification informs you when a recipient views your quote, so you know it has been reviewed.
Quote Signed
- You’ll receive a notification when a recipient signs your quote, marking the final step of acceptance and agreement.
Based on your preferences, you can toggle the notification icon ON or OFF
