We are performing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, Dec 01 at midnight Eastern Time to enhance our services, add new features, and clear outdated clutter.
Additionally, we are bringing in an infrastructure update to our global search. During the release global search will be affected for all users.

The upgrade will take about 7-8 hours, during which the Global Search feature will be intermittently inaccessible.
Note: All your data is secure and safe. We will do our absolute best to perform the upgrade as fast as humanly possible. During this time you may not be able to access your account intermittently. The automation, sequences, campaigns, and jobs-dependent updates will be paused and resumed once the system is online.

- Global Search: We are bringing in an infrastructure update to our global search. During the release global search will be affected for all users.
- Duplicate Management: Maintain clean, accurate CRM data ensuring compliance with data regulations.

Webform enhancements: Currently, users can add only Salesmate fields in the forms, they are not able to add any custom fields to capture any additional information. Thus, we will include:
- Option to create contact,
- Support for Custom Questions similar to Meeting Scheduler, and
- Support for file attachments

Snippets: We are moving the Canned Response feature outside the chat and renaming it Snippets. But also adding new features to it.
- Enhanced Snippet Listing
- Snippet Profile Permissions
- Run multiple chat journeys at the same time: This will allow running a banner and a chat message on the same page simultaneously while their trigger conditions are the same.

View chats without a chat license
- These users will be able to browse the conversation inbox screen but not reply to any of the conversations. They will be read-only for them.
- These users will be able to view the conversations from the 360 / detail view or a quick view of the contact.
- Role / Right Changes:
- We will introduce new tokens that let the admin choose whether their users can see conversations, events, and page views even when they don’t have a chat license.
- Slack Integration: Slack integration is being updated to support more secure communication updates. The features of the slack app will be as listed at: https://support.salesmate.io/hc/en-us/articles/115003219625-Slack-Integration
